What you will do.
- You translate technical designs into a smooth and practical assembly process.
- You support teams in analyzing technical challenges and develop sustainable solutions.
- You assess designs for quality, safety, manufacturability, ergonomics, and cost-efficiency.
- You actively participate in technical consultations with engineering.
- You optimize production flows, working methods, and production setups.
- You analyze data and convert improvement actions into concrete results.
- You determine needs regarding tools, investments, and technical facilities.
- You research and implement new technologies and digital applications within production.
Profile
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Initial experience in production, assembly, or engineering is a plus.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English and feel comfortable in an international environment.
- Additionally, you have an interest in mechanics, project follow-up, and digitalization.
- Knowledge of tools such as Excel, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Teamcenter, or Creo is an additional asset.
Practical
- This position is aimed at candidates with initial work experience, but motivated school leavers are also eligible.
