We are looking for an electrician for field service work at an organization specializing in access control. No two days are the same in this dynamic environment.
What you do
- Perform installation, maintenance, and service work on electronic hardware, swing door operators, and access control systems, both independently and with colleagues
- Analyze and resolve occurring malfunctions, from simple to complex
- Record installation assignments that you will later execute yourself
- Implement software
- Inform customers about completed work with personal contact
- Administer completed work via tablet and an installation service program
As a mechanic, you are responsible for the installation, service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of access control products and swing door operators for various projects. This can be at construction sites, but also for technical services, housing corporations, homeowner associations, and other clients. You work both independently and together with fellow mechanics.
Profile
- Minimum MBO level 2 diploma in electrical engineering or equivalent
- Experience in a similar position is a plus
- Valid driver's license
Preferences.
- VCA and GPI certificate (completed or willing to obtain)
- Electrical switching training (completed or willing to obtain)
- Troubleshooting technician training and installation manager training (NEN 3140) (completed or willing to obtain)
