Finance Manager

As Finance Manager, you are responsible for further developing and professionalizing financial processes, reporting, and compliance within a growing organization. You work closely with senior stakeholders within the finance department and the organization to ensure that financial reporting, internal controls, and tax processes are organized at a high-quality level.

What you do

  • Lead monthly closings, manage internal controls, and ensure IFRS/BGAAP compliance.
  • Contribute to international tax issues and transfer pricing, including documentation and optimizations.
  • Coordinate external audits, design internal controls, and proactively mitigate financial risks.
  • Support further international growth and organizational development, and coach and develop the accounting team.

What they ask

  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax; ACCA/CPA/RA certification is a plus.
  • At least 8 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Expertise in Belgian GAAP, IFRS 15, international tax law, and multi-jurisdictional consolidation.
  • Experience with modern financial systems and strong Excel skills; knowledge of BI and reporting tools is a plus.
  • A hands-on mentality combined with strategic insight; someone who takes ownership and clarifies complex situations.
