Project Manager

• Timely, effective, and efficient realization of area development
• Leading projects
• Directing input and contributions from external parties and various municipal teams
• Directing the preparation, execution, and process control within projects
• Monitoring progress
• Coordinating the work of project team members
• Negotiating with provinces and the national government
• Guiding planning processes, such as environmental plan procedures
• Writing clear project documents such as project contracts, phase documents, and proposals for decision-making
• Collaborating closely with other project managers
• Preparing and conducting legal procedures
• Guiding participation processes

• You have a good eye for societal support and anticipate all influences on the project in a timely manner
• You possess very good communication and negotiation skills
• You have good administrative sensitivity and experience dealing with official clients and public administration
• You are well in control of business operations
• You know how to create administrative, political, and social support through expertise, charisma, dynamism
• You act with integrity and adhere to correct manners (willing to sign an integrity declaration in accordance with the organization's code of conduct)
• You can submit a Certificate of Conduct (VOG), not older than six months

What they ask

• Demonstrably completed a full university education on CV, preferably in Architecture, Urban Planning, or Civil Engineering
• Demonstrably at least 15 years of work experience on CV as a Project Manager in large-scale area development for the development of infrastructure, housing, social facilities, and/or businesses

Preferences.

• Experience as a Project Manager in large-scale area development in service of/seconded to municipalities
• Experience as a Project Director of large-scale area developments
• Work experience in negotiating with provinces and the national government
• Experience with area development in the vicinity of large organizations such as an airport, with the additional challenges that come with it
