Neurology within a regional healthcare institution is broad and comparable to that of larger top clinical hospitals. You will treat acute neurology in the emergency department with the availability of an on-call physician, clinical patients in the ward & ICU, and outpatient clinic patients. You will work with a diverse population with regularly complex clinical pictures.

Innovation and chain care.
- Since the end of 2025, hybrid care has been implemented in the form of telemonitoring for CVA patients, leading to more efficient care and a better overview of recovery.
- Weekly departmental multidisciplinary meeting (MDO) in collaboration with geriatric specialists from a partner organization for vulnerable patients.
- Possibility of consultations in nursing homes of a partner organization.
- From January 2027, two new CT scanners will be available, including a new Dual-Source CT system for acute stroke care with lightning-fast and sharp neuroperfusions and CTAs.
