Recruitment Consultant

• Actively search for and approach suitable candidates
• Screen, interview, and carefully follow up on candidates
• Professionally and substantiated present candidates to employers
• Participate in vacancy intakes and translate recruitment needs into a clear search assignment
• Gradually build new client relationships
• Guide the entire process from first contact to interview, offer
• Correctly register activities, appointments, and statuses in the platform
• Work according to the methodology, quality agreements, and privacy rules

• First relevant professional experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition (guideline 1 to 3 years)
• Enjoys working with candidates and wants to further develop commercial skills
• Takes initiative, communicates professionally, and accurately follows agreements
• Works as a self-employed professional or is willing to correctly start a self-employed activity
• Familiar with digital tools and consistently registers work
• Can work professionally in Dutch and French (both at least B2 level)
• A network or good knowledge of the region is a plus

• You organize your work independently, without a fixed schedule
