The assignment consists of the following sub-projects:
- Creating content for municipal news:
- Analysis of current municipal news provision
- Improvement proposals
- Development of a new format/structure
- Concrete communication guidelines for application
- Weekly content
- Visual letter and visual customer journey for a social domain process:
- Analysis of current communication and customer questions
- Development of a visual customer journey
- Development of a visual letter
- Concrete communication tools suitable for the target group
- Website structure for subsidies:
- Development of a new website structure
- Structure proposal for subsidy information
- Flowchart for subsidy applications
- Advice on accessibility and user-friendliness
- Campaign 'Normalizing and parenting':
- Campaign concept
- Target group analysis
- Core message and communication strategy
- Mix of resources and campaign proposal
- Development of communication tools
What they ask
- Demonstrable completed HBO or university education in communication, media, journalism
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable work experience as a communication advisor within a government or social organization
- Demonstrable experience with project-based communication assignments and independently delivering communication products
- Demonstrable experience with target group-oriented communication and/or accessible government communication
- Demonstrable experience with campaigns, communication advice, and content development
Preferences.
