Policy Officer Existential Security and Reintegration

• Monitor finances and signal timely adjustments
• Conduct sub-evaluations of policy notes and individual schemes and funds, such as the youth sports fund, adult fund, and child scheme
• Independently handle lighter policy tasks and smaller policy issues
• Develop improvement proposals and ensure the implementation of improvement actions
• Manage budgets and monitor expenditures
• Monitor the coherence, progress, and accountability of relevant SPUK schemes
• Translate research results into concrete proposals and improvement actions
• Prepare advice and monitor developments

What they ask

• Completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level
• Minimum of 2 years demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years as a policy officer and/or policy advisor in the social domain
• Demonstrable work experience with budget management and the coordination, monitoring, and/or accountability of SPUK schemes

Preferences.

• Demonstrable work experience with LIAS and iFinanciën
• Minimum of 5 years demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years as a policy officer for poverty policy/existential security in the social domain
• Demonstrable work experience with the development and implementation of policy in the field of existential security and/or poverty reduction
• Minimum of 2 years demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years as a reintegration policy officer
