- Ensuring continuity of care during day and night shifts
- Closely monitoring residents' health status and responding promptly to changes

- A Bachelor of Nursing or HBO5 Nursing diploma
- A valid nursing visa
- Experience is a plus, but not a requirement
- Experience with care plans, reporting, and multidisciplinary collaboration
- A good knowledge of Dutch
- Flexibility and stress resistance
- Willingness to take on a combination of day and night shifts
You work accurately, maintain an overview in unexpected situations, and communicate smoothly with residents, families, and colleagues.
