Coordinating Advisor Executive Support

You contribute to a safe society. You work as a civilian within a professional government organization committed to national and international peace and security. You will join the Executive Support department of a support command.

What you will do.

• Provide the commander of the organization with timely, useful, and well-coordinated advice in preparation for various meetings.
• Identify relevant trends and developments within the organization and translate them for the support command.
• Advise on solutions, including unconventional approaches, for a growing organization.
• Ensure that the strategic agenda of the support command maintains the required organization-wide focus from all organizational units.
• In close collaboration with the F&C directorate, draw up and monitor the annual business plan.
• Ensure that commanders have sufficient information on all relevant topics to make appropriate, balanced decisions.
• Secure the input of support command aspects in policy development within the Executive Staff and the Defense Staff.
