You will be part of a team responsible for implementing innovative technological solutions to improve internal operations and meet the specific needs of an energy company. What you do
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize business processes for automation with Power Automate Desktop (PAD).
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performing, robust, and secure RPA bots.
- Manage the planning, supervision, and monitoring of automated executions.
- Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing PAD scripts.
- Collaborate with IT teams to guarantee the security, compliance, and scalability of automations.
- Document flows, write user guides, and train key users.
- Actively monitor new Power Automate Desktop features and RPA market trends.
- Gather and write functional and technical specifications with business teams and Domain Managers.
- Design and develop Power Apps applications (Canvas and Model Driven).
- Automate workflows and integrations via Power Automate Cloud.
- Participate in the testing, acceptance, and deployment phases of Power Platform solutions.
- Contribute to technological watch, sharing best practices, and standardizing approaches within the team.
What they ask
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in RPA development with Power Automate.
- Strong skills in Power Apps and Power Automate Cloud development.
- Good understanding of integration, quality, performance, and data security issues.
- Experience in corrective and evolutionary maintenance of automated solutions.
- Experience in project management (Agile/V-cycle) with Azure DevOps.
- Good command of English (oral and written).
- Awareness of cybersecurity and innovation.
Desired skills.
- Knowledge of Sharepoint, Dataverse, Power BI, MS365, Azure, ALM.
