You will strengthen the back-office team of a government organization.
- You will handle objection and appeal procedures accurately and thoughtfully.
- You will carefully prepare, draft, and clearly motivate intentions and decisions.
- You will process option and naturalization requests and requests related to civil status.
What you will do.
- Check and monitor quality requirements related to BRP and PNIK self-evaluations.
- Support during elections.
- Assess foreign source documents for content and authenticity.
- Update and correct personal lists in the BRP.
- Conduct address investigations.
- Content-related point of contact for colleagues from the front office, reception, and other departments within the organization.
What they ask
- Minimum MBO 4 education and HBO work and thinking level.
- Demonstrable work experience as a back-office civil affairs employee.
- Demonstrable experience with BRP, Civil Status, and Naturalization.
Preferences.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations: BRP Act, Passport Act, Burial Act, and Civil Code - Civil Status (birth, marriage, death, divorce, naturalization, and name law).
- Knowledge of registration systems.
- Flexible availability during elections (evening availability).
