An organization is looking for an experienced Fleet Manager for the temporary replacement of a colleague. You will take on the complete management of a fleet of approximately 200 vehicles and ensure smooth service to employees. After an induction period, you will independently manage the vehicle fleet. You will combine daily follow-up with purchase planning and contacts with suppliers.
What you will do.
- Assign vehicles to new employees and coordinate vehicle changes.
- Organize the expertise and return of existing vehicles and order new vehicles.
- Follow up on damage cases, repairs, and tire changes.
- Prepare and update the order list for the first half of 2027.
- Request quotes, compare, and negotiate with garages and other suppliers.
- Support employees with questions about their vehicle and handle the associated administration.
Profile
- Extensive experience with independent fleet management and an overview of the entire task package.
- Practically oriented, organized, and takes responsibility from ordering to return.
- Communicates smoothly with employees, garages, and suppliers and negotiates with confidence.
- Fluent in Dutch and has a basic knowledge of English.
- Works easily with digital tools; prior knowledge of Jira is not required.
- Preferably a senior profile that can work independently quickly.
