An organization specializing in temporary accommodation is looking for a dynamic duo to manage one of their establishments. Together, you will be the face of the residence, ensuring a warm welcome, flawless organization, and a hotel that is always in top condition.
What you do
- Welcome guests at the residence
- Manage keys and handle administration related to contracts and payments
- Supervise the daily operation of the hotel and meticulously follow procedures
- Ensure an efficient workflow, including planning and task distribution
- Quickly resolve unexpected situations
- Inspect hotel rooms
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance
- Ensure everything is in order upon guest arrival and departure
- Be available for guests in emergencies
- Manage invoices and group bookings
- Report weekly on the operation of the establishment to management
- Ensure timely replenishment of supplies such as linen and toilet paper
Profile
- Experience in hospitality or facility management
- Complementary skills in customer orientation and practical organizational talent
- One person is comfortable in the front office, the other is handy and enjoys maintenance tasks
- Engaged and reliable
- Fluent in Dutch, French
- Flexible, including for weekend work and on-call duty
- Willingness to relocate to accommodation within the residence
