- Enthusiastic and energetic.
- Possesses a VE certificate and baby training or is willing to obtain it.

- A determined individual, with a qualifying education completed at a minimum of MBO level.
- Or is pursuing a qualifying HBO or WO study to work in childcare.
- From January 1, 2025, it is legally required for pedagogical professionals to meet the 3F language proficiency standard.
