What you do
- Further training two colleagues so they can handle more complex initiatives and less complex BOPA's
- Advising individuals and companies on permit issuance under the Environmental Act (Omgevingswet)
- Advising on the allocation of decisions
- Coordinating the permit process within the applicable deadlines
- Processing requests under the Environmental Act (construction-related environmental permits) from submission to the drafting of the decision, including technical assessment and environmental plan assessment
- Acting as a casemanager
- Drafting memos for the executive/alderman in politically/administratively sensitive dossiers
- Maintaining customer contacts, including chain partners such as the Environmental Service and other external parties
- Being responsible for the quality of own work activities
- Timely and complete collection of necessary advice and assessments of submitted requests
- Ensuring the realization of an integral advice on the basis of which the request can be handled
What they ask
- Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level
- Demonstrable completed ABW 1 and ABW 2 education
- Demonstrable work experience with permitting housing, apartment complexes, and/or industrial halls
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the role of casemanager and/or construction permit officer
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience with drafting correspondence and decisions
Wishes.
- Demonstrably willing to work in the office at least 4 days a week
