For a software publisher, a. NET Tech Lead is sought to support the stabilization and evolution of a contract management platform. The team needs a technical reference person capable of guiding decisions, strengthening development practices, and making deliveries more reliable, while supporting their skill development.
What you do
- Take charge of the technical leadership of the platform and provide a pragmatic framework to improve the quality of deliverables.
- Guide technical choices and ensure the consistency of evolutions with the existing architecture.
- Perform code reviews and strengthen good development practices.
- Structure the delivery process, from needs analysis to validation of developments.
- Challenge specifications to clarify requirements, anticipate use cases, and identify missing points.
- Support the team in estimations, risk identification, and technical dependencies.
- Contribute to resolving stability issues and reducing anomalies.
- Strengthen testing practices and quality criteria before delivery.
- Support developers daily and foster their autonomy.

- Solid experience in.NET / C#, with confirmed technical leadership experience.

- Experience in stabilizing or evolving existing applications.

- Professional proficiency in French.

- Experience in the insurance sector or with the use of AI tools for development, particularly Claude Code, is an asset.
