Digital Adoption & Change Enablement

An organization in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a professional to lead digital adoption and change management. This role is crucial for driving digital adoption, user readiness, learning, stakeholder engagement, and capability enablement across digital technology initiatives.

What you will do.

• Responsible for driving digital adoption, user readiness, learning, stakeholder engagement, and capability enablement.
• Serves as the owner and curator of the Digital Change Management Hub.
• Ensures that project teams, stakeholders, Functional System Owners, and Digital Technology communities have access to practical tools, guidance, learning resources, reusable assets, and adoption services.
• Translates Digital Change Management standards and methodologies into practical adoption activities, learning experiences, communication programs, communities of practice, and engagement initiatives.

What they ask

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Organizational Change Management, Learning & Development, Digital Adoption, Communications, or Enablement roles.
• Demonstrated experience building adoption programs, learning solutions, communities, or stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Knowledge of ITIL/SIAM governance.
• Strong experience creating communications, training, and engagement materials.
