Client Manager Social District Team

Within the social district team, you are part of a self-organizing team. You work as a generalist and a specialist.

• Integrally explore questions and situations with residents and other stakeholders (informal and formal), and seek possible solutions.
• Stimulate and strengthen the connection of residents with their network and actively guide them towards collective offerings to support sustainable solutions.
• Conduct introductory interviews with residents who are eligible for support.
• Contribute to the team's collectivization activities, such as initiating and guiding towards collective activities/initiatives in the neighborhood.
• Network and investigate possibilities in the neighborhood.
• Maintain contact with colleagues from the Work and Income department, exchange professional knowledge and developments, and strengthen collaboration.

What they ask

• Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a client manager for work and income.
• Experience with the Participation Act, minimum income policy, participation, and reintegration.
• Ability to listen openly and without judgment, and ask questions that motivate others.
• Show courage, create customized solutions with creative approaches and interventions.
• Persuasiveness and a sense of responsibility.
• Ability to connect and activate the residents' self-solving capacity.
