What you will do.
- Managing and optimizing the Electronic Client File (ECD) and linked applications
- Testing, analyzing, and implementing updates, releases, and new functionalities
- Monitoring links between systems and ensuring reliable data exchange
- Managing authorizations and access rights
- Performing impact analyses for changes and new functionalities
- Translating user wishes into concrete improvements and solutions
- Advising managers and process owners on applications, processes, and information provision
- Identifying and resolving incidents, malfunctions, and complex issues
- Providing instructions, training, and user documentation
- Maintaining contacts with suppliers and external parties
- Participating in projects and implementation trajectories focused on innovation and development
Profile
- A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree, preferably in ICT, information management, or a comparable field
- Experience with application management, functional management, or a comparable role
- Affinity with healthcare processes and information systems
- A proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues, users
- Good analytical skills and an eye for quality, continuity, and information security
