As an HR consultant, you work in-house at a client and are the eyes and ears on the shop floor. You start the day among the employees, chat with them, and ensure a warm welcome for new colleagues. You answer questions about contracts, planning, and leave. You are visible and approachable for employees and team leaders.
What you will do.
- Walk around the shop floor, connect with flexible employees, and welcome new colleagues
- Answer questions about contracts, planning
- Switch effortlessly between Dutch and English in an international work environment
- Process contracts and keep personnel files up-to-date
- Ensure all HR processes run smoothly behind the scenes, including personnel changes and absence registrations
- Coordinate with team leaders on planning and staffing
- Schedule interviews with new candidates
- React quickly and provide solutions for sick leave or unexpected peaks
- Play an active role in attracting new colleagues, including giving tours and answering candidate questions
- Deal with critical questions, resistance, and different expectations with a strong personality and people-oriented approach

- MBO 4 working and thinking level, preferably in HRM or a comparable education
- Good command of both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
- Experience with onboarding, personnel administration, or contract management is a plus
