What you will do.
- Develop real estate management.
- Improve data-driven working.
- Strengthen the asset management table (AMT) as a central steering mechanism.
- Connect strategy and execution.
- Structure, analyze, and improve processes.
- Develop scenarios and gather steering information to better substantiate real estate choices.
- Analyze data, identify deviations, and translate them into advice and scenarios.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather information and help colleagues take an integrated view of data, risks, financial impact, and consequences for residents and implementation.
- Discuss Results-Oriented Collaboration (RGS) and assess whether proposals from chain partners align with policy objectives and investment choices.
- Further elaborate analyses and scenarios regarding renovation, sustainability, or continued exploitation.
- Present insights to the real estate manager, AMT, or MT.
Profile
- HBO/university level of work and thinking.
- Experience with real estate management, asset management, portfolio management, or strategic real estate advice.
- Strong analytical and conceptual ability.
- You easily switch between strategy and practice.
- You are a strong discussion partner.
- You take initiative and dare to discuss choices.
- Experience within the housing corporation sector is a plus.
