As part of transformation and digitalization projects for its industrial activities, an organization in the industrial sector is looking for a Technical-Functional Project Manager to lead high-stakes software package integration projects. The consultant will be involved in complex projects involving numerous business and technical stakeholders, in a demanding industrial environment. A good understanding of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) issues and industrial processes is essential.
What you do
- Lead large-scale software package integration projects.
- Ensure the functional and technical framing of projects.
- Gather, analyze, and challenge business needs.
- Coordinate business, IT, integrator, and vendor teams.
- Lead the design, realization, integration, testing, acceptance, and deployment phases.
- Guarantee compliance with cost, deadline, quality, and scope objectives.
- Build and monitor schedules, milestones, workloads, and budgets.
- Identify, analyze, and manage risks and action plans.
- Organize and facilitate project committees and governance bodies.
- Ensure reporting to sponsors and stakeholders.
- Supervise the management of dependencies and interfaces between different systems.
- Support change management and deployment to users.
- Ensure good coordination between functional, technical, and industrial challenges.
- Ensure compliance with the group's project management standards and methods.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT / industrial project management.
- Proven experience in leading complex and large-scale software package integration projects.
- Strong ability to act as an interface between business and technical teams.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in an industrial environment.
- Good understanding of MES-related issues.
- Minimum 8 years of experience with Apriso is highly appreciated.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and external integrators.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and synthesis skills.
- Autonomy, leadership, and ability to make decisions in complex contexts.
