An organization active in the construction sector is looking for a Maintenance Manager for concrete and asphalt plants. This role offers opportunities for both freelancers and permanent employees.
What you will do.
- Ensure the planning, follow-up, and execution of both periodic and corrective maintenance work on various production installations.
- In case of technical problems, identify the root cause and develop effective, sustainable improvements.
- Lead major maintenance and overhaul stops, including the preparation and elaboration of necessary actions.
- Detect opportunities to make installations and processes more efficient and contribute to the development of technical improvement and investment initiatives.
- Coordinate the work of internal technicians and external partners, monitoring priorities and progress.
- Support in solving electrical and PLC-related malfunctions and actively contribute to the further optimization of automation.
- Act as a central technical point of contact for various departments, including production, logistics, and operations.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance or asset management.
- Experience in managing teams.
- Hands-on mentality.
