What you will do. As a production worker, you will participate in the production process of aluminum pre-alloys. You will learn the basics and then be trained at various stations, such as the furnaces and the wire drawing line, to grow into a fully-fledged operator. You will work together with experienced colleagues. Your activities will include:
- Participating in the melting and casting of aluminum
- Operating machines and installations, such as the furnaces and the wire drawing line
- Working according to fixed recipes and work instructions
- Performing simple quality controls
- Detecting and reporting deviations and malfunctions
- Keeping your workplace tidy and safe
Profile
- Preferably, prior experience in a production environment, for example as a production worker, machine operator, or in another technical or practical role
- Interest in technology and enjoys working with your hands
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
