As an HR consultant, you will work in-house at a large organization. In this dynamic environment, you are the fixed point of contact for both flexible employees and the organization. No day is the same: one day you guide new employees, the other day you solve HR issues and coordinate personnel planning. You play an important role in connecting talent with opportunities and ensuring that both the organization and flexible workers are satisfied.
With your empathetic and proactive approach, you contribute to efficient personnel planning, support flexible workers in their development, and maintain strong relationships with the organization. You work independently at the organization but have a close-knit team of remote colleagues with whom you consult regularly.

- Planning: ensure efficient personnel planning that meets the needs of the organization and flexible employees.
- Guidance: support flexible employees in their professional development and guide them during their first working day.
- Communication: maintain contact with the organization and flexible workers via email, phone, and personal conversations.
- Recruitment: actively search for new candidates, conduct job interviews, and introduce new employees to the organization.
- Evaluation: prepare and conduct performance reviews to discuss performance and development.
