You develop, implement, and monitor data exchange processes that are crucial for the operational deployability of maritime systems. With your solutions, you ensure that systems and partners worldwide have the correct information, allowing missions to be executed faster, safer, and more reliably. This role forms the link between technical data streams and the operational strength of a defense organization.
What you do
- You are the technical engine behind the digital exchange of ship and land systems.
- You work in a multidisciplinary team.
- You coordinate with internal chain partners and external suppliers.
- You deliver concrete results that strengthen the digital infrastructure of a technical maintenance directorate.
- You use standards such as SOAP/REST, XML/XSD and tools like FME and Apache Airflow.
What they ask
- HBO (Higher Professional Education) diploma in Informatics, Data Science, or an equivalent field.
- Demonstrable experience with SOAP/REST, XML/XSD, and data integration tools (e.g., FME, Apache Airflow).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Service-oriented attitude and ability to work independently and in a team.
Preferences.
- VCA certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Work experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of engineering processes within a defense environment.
