What you do
- (Almost) weekly mindfulness lessons to groups of up to 15 young people (14–18 years) at schools
- Address themes such as mental calm, stress management, self-confidence, setting boundaries
- Create a safe and open atmosphere where young people feel seen and heard
- Coordinate with the founder and school, and adapt flexibly to what works for the group

- You are approximately between 20 and 30 years old and feel connected to the world of young people
- You possess didactic skills and can guide and inspire a group of young people in a calm, clear manner
- You have experience or affinity with mindfulness, meditation, coaching, or personal development
- You dare to be vulnerable and share your own experiences
- You are independent, flexible, proactive
- You are willing to commit to a collaboration for the entire school year
- You are enthusiastic about contributing to a growing social enterprise, spreading its mission, and growing together (in the long term)
- Plus: a background or study in pedagogy, psychology, coaching
- Certificates are a plus, but not mandatory; you are willing to learn and grow
