As an HR consultant, you are the point of contact for clients within the region. You collaborate with various public organizations and educational institutions. You build lasting relationships, contribute ideas on personnel issues, and ensure that both clients and flexible employees receive optimal support. No two days are the same. You participate in client visits, conduct performance reviews with flexible employees, and draw up contracts.
Additionally, you handle light recruitment activities, such as approaching candidates from talent pools.
