What you do
- Provide theoretical and practical lessons to BOL and BBL students at levels 2, 3, and 4.
- Share your knowledge and experience in Installation Technology (gas, sanitary, ventilation, heating, water).
- Deliver practice-oriented teaching and equip students with practical skills for their careers.
- Act as a subject matter expert, point of contact, and process supervisor.
- Collaborate with colleagues and regional businesses within an innovative learning center.
- Develop and renew educational programs that align with the labor market.
- Work in a context-rich practical environment where you provide instructions and maintain an overview.
What they ask
- Knowledge and experience in installation technology, gained in business or education.
- A completed HBO degree or equivalent HBO working and thinking level.
- Possess a second-degree teaching qualification or be willing to obtain one.
- A plus: knowledge of gas and water in infrastructure.
- Work experience in Installation Technology that you can enthusiastically convey.
- The ability to inspire, motivate, and engage students with appropriate coaching skills.
- Flexibility to apply various didactic methods and adapt to diverse learning styles.
- Affinity with MBO education and interest in current educational developments.
- An entrepreneurial, inquisitive attitude and the drive to contribute to innovation.
