The main mission is to organize and supervise the activities of a pharmacy, representing the general policy of the organization at the level of the office.
What you will do.
- Supervise and manage staff according to well-being at work and productivity standards, while maintaining a good working atmosphere.
- Ensure that staff are trained on current products and promotions.
- Ensure complete management of the pharmacy: cost control, stock and credit management, order management, opening hours, prescription control, hygiene rules, safety, cash register.
- Ensure compliance with the internal values of the organization, as well as the legislation, regulations, and ethics specific to the profession.
- Provide patients with necessary information regarding medications, their use and application, and act as a true parapharmaceutical advisor.
Profile
- You hold a degree in pharmaceutical sciences.
- You are flexible with working hours and accept performing on-call duties.
- You are a very conscientious person.
- You enjoy working in a team, are helpful and attentive to others, are rigorous, versatile, discreet, organized, autonomous, and manage stress easily.
- You appreciate human contact and possess easy communication skills.
