Project Manager

Responsible for project management during the preparation, tendering, and/or realization phase of real estate projects.

Leading multidisciplinary teams of professionals (internal and external) and realizing projects in new construction, renovation, and/or maintenance.
The focus of the activities is on content coordination.
Preparation, tendering, and realization are part of the task package.
Periodically report on progress and results to the integral project responsible official.
Independently consult with the demand setter/budget holder, users, building owner, and other stakeholders.
Initiate and monitor market approach (tendering), supported by the purchasing department.
After project realization, you transfer the project to the management organization.

Profile

Proficiency in common office automation systems, such as Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in digital consultation and hybrid working.
Competencies: Planning and organizing, Results-orientation, Administrative sensitivity, Environmental awareness, Networking, Managing organization, Motivating, Creativity.

What they ask

At least a completed university degree in technical management, business administration, public administration, entrepreneurship in construction, design management, and/or construction management.
At least 5 years of experience (gained in the last 10 years) in project management, with demonstrable aspects:
Utility construction (does not include warehouses, factory halls, or residential construction).
Project management of projects carried out at a location that was and remained in use during the project.
All project phases from the initiative phase up to and including the delivery of the realization phase of new construction, renovation, and/or maintenance projects.
Knowledge of the Public Procurement Act and its application in a tender.
Application of risk management.
Security installation, consisting of multiple security layers.
Possess suitable electronic tools for the execution of the assignment.
The candidate must adhere to the specified screening procedures.
The candidate declares to be available in accordance with the assignment profile.
The candidate agrees to the stated secondment condition.
