What you do
As a work preparer for Technical Management, you ensure that maintenance work for our clients runs smoothly. You maintain an overview, coordinate activities, and ensure that service technicians have the correct information and materials. You easily switch between clients, technicians, suppliers, and the technical manager. You are an important link within the team: when a malfunction occurs, you contribute to finding a solution and ensure that the right people and resources are deployed.
You work accurately and appreciate having things well-organized. Your main activities are:
- Preparing, planning, and coordinating maintenance work and service technicians
- Ordering and checking materials and ensuring technicians are well-prepared
- Monitoring and registering work, hours, and costs in a specific system
- Analyzing malfunctions and contributing to structural technical solutions
- Coordinating with clients, technicians, and colleagues and ensuring good progress of the work
Profile
You are strong in communication, enjoy organizing, and can maintain a good overview when multiple activities are running simultaneously. You enjoy supporting colleagues and contributing to technical solutions. Additionally, you have a technical foundation and know what is involved in maintenance within building-related technology.
