- At least 5 years of work experience in the past 10 years as an area director or leading area processes in the field of leisure
- At least a university (WO) level of work and thinking in the spatial domain
Preferences.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the past 10 years as a project leader for spatial planning & real estate
- Work experience in a specific region in the Netherlands
