HR Consultant

• Conduct a round through the logistics environment and engage with flexible employees.
• Assist new colleagues on their first workday and answer questions about contracts or planning.
• Process contracts, personnel changes, and data in various systems.
• Ensure personnel files are always up-to-date and complete.
• Answer HR-related questions and support absence registrations.
• Ensure administratively correct follow-up of all HR processes.
• Focus on personnel planning and ensure optimal staffing.
• Schedule interviews with new candidates and send onboarding invitations.
• Maintain close contact with flexible employees, team leaders, and colleagues.
• Establish the basic weekly schedule and process daily changes such as sick leave.
• Proactively respond to unexpected busy periods or peak moments by arranging additional capacity.
• Provide tours for potential new employees.
• Ensure staffing levels remain adequate and operational processes run smoothly.
• Handle critical questions, resistance, or varying expectations with a strong personality and clear communication.

What they ask

• MBO-4 work and thinking level in HR or equivalent.
• Good command of Dutch and English, both oral and written.
• Experience with contract management and onboarding is a plus.
• In possession of a B driving license and own transport.
• Proactive, accommodating, and a real go-getter.
