As part of an international workplace modernization program, we are looking for a Modern Workplace Architect to support the design and evolution of an international organization's Microsoft 365 environment. You will be involved in a strategic international project aimed at harmonizing and securing collaborative and messaging uses across the various entities of this organization.
What you do
- Study, frame, and lead the evolution or migration of messaging and collaboration environments to Microsoft 365.
- Design and implement a Microsoft 365 architecture (Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive) for all countries of the organization.
- Define the governance and organization strategy for collaborative spaces (Teams, SharePoint) on an international scale.
- Design and implement data security and protection policies (Microsoft Purview, DLP, sensitivity labels, Conditional Access) according to the organization's compliance requirements.
- Draft technical architecture documentation and files.
- Support and train international IT teams in the administration of the Microsoft 365 environment.
What they ask
- Modern Workplace Architect with approximately 10 years of experience.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online).
- Significant experience with migration and transformation projects of collaborative and messaging environments.
- Comfortable in international and multicultural contexts.
- Ability to produce architecture deliverables and support technical teams.
