You will join a certified occupational health service. The team is energetic and consists of various professionals, including other occupational physicians, case managers, practice assistants, and A&O advisors. There is an open culture with short lines of communication. Together with the team, you will ensure that absenteeism is well managed for both employees and employers.
What you do
- Work in a team with other occupational physicians, case managers, practice assistants, and A&O advisors
- Consult with external professionals such as general practitioners
- Conduct medical (preventive) examinations
- Provide clients with (preventive) advice
- Map employee absenteeism
- Deal with complex absenteeism processes
- Monitor the absenteeism route to be followed
- Take on your own responsibilities
