You will be deployed within two municipal organizations to translate the mobility vision into concrete implementation plans. This includes the strategic placement of charging stations, public-private partnerships, and charging solutions in parking garages, taking into account grid congestion. You will play a leading role in developing a vision for sustainable forms of transport such as cycling and logistics.
Additionally, you will advise on sustainable mobility within various (housing) developments to create livable, accessible, and traffic-safe areas. You will implement municipal mobility policy within various projects. You will work with a junior colleague and transfer your knowledge and experience to them.

- Translate charging advice for passenger cars into implementation plans, including strategic placement of charging stations, public-private partnerships, and charging in parking garages, taking into account grid congestion.
- Develop a vision for other forms of transport (cycling, logistics) as part of sustainability ambitions.
- Advise on sustainable mobility in housing developments for livable, accessible, and traffic-safe neighborhoods.
- Advise colleagues and management on mobility.
- Occasionally assist with advice on exemptions/permits and handle reports within your expertise.

- Demonstrable work experience as a policy officer within a government organization.
Preferences.
- Completed HBO bachelor's degree in traffic engineering, mobility, or spatial planning.
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable work experience as a policy officer in the field of mobility.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience as a mobility policy officer within a (local) government organization.
- Demonstrable work experience with the approach to electric charging and/or charging advice.
