You will work as a Logistics Employee for an indefinite period.
- You will work 1 to 2 days per week in the logistics team at a growing organization.
- Through an external partner, you maintain your freedom, quickly find new assignments, and simplify your administration.
What you do
- Process sales orders and contracts correctly in the ERP system and follow up accurately.
- Organize worldwide transports and negotiate the best rates with carriers and freight forwarders.
- Prepare export and transport documents and ensure smooth administrative processing of files.
- Create sales invoices and check purchase invoices for correct further processing.
- Co-manage the general mailbox and ensure timely follow-up of questions and documents.
What they ask
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience.
- You are fluent in Dutch, English, and French.
- You are proficient in programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Adobe or ERP is a big plus.
- You work in a structured and accurate manner.
- You can prioritize tasks in a varied workload.
- You are solution-oriented.
