To support the continued growth of a Facility Technics department, a specialized technical partner is looking for an HVAC Project Manager. You are an experienced project manager with a passion for HVAC, building techniques, and technical installations. You have experience coordinating technical projects from preparation to delivery. This partner supports industrial and tertiary clients in ventilation, heating, cooling, air conditioning, sanitary, and technical building installations.
What you will do.
- Responsible for the technical, organizational, and financial follow-up of HVAC projects.
- Take charge of projects from the preparatory phase up to delivery to the client.
- Act as the link between the client, suppliers, subcontractors, site managers, and technicians.
- Ensure that each project is executed safely, with quality, and within budget.
Your responsibilities.
- Coordinate HVAC projects from A to Z.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules.
- Monitor budgets, profitability, and deadlines.
- Organize and lead site and project meetings.
- Manage technicians, site managers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor execution, quality, and safety on site.
- Analyze technical files, plans, and specifications.
- Contribute to technical optimizations and cost-efficient solutions.
- Monitor additional works, progress reports, and changes.
- Select and manage suppliers and subcontractors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the entire project.
Profile
- A bachelor's or master's degree in electromechanics, climate control, energy technology, or a similar technical field.
- A VOL-VCA certificate.
- At least 5 years of experience as a project manager within HVAC, building techniques, or technical installations.
- Knowledge of ventilation, heating, cooling, and air conditioning.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with budget management and project planning.
- Experience in industrial environments.
- Experience with both new construction and renovation projects.
- Good knowledge of Dutch.
- English and French are a plus.
