A specialized mental health care team is looking for a psychiatrist. You will be given the time and space to practice your profession and contribute to building good mental health care. The team offers specialized mental health care to adults in their own living environment, such as at home or in the office. The approach is person-centered, focusing on the client, their story, home environment, and network.
The team is small, multidisciplinary, and self-managing, with direct consultation lines and room for personal initiative. Clients are adults aged 18 and over with diverse support needs, ranging from depression, anxiety, trauma, and personality disorders to complex severe and persistent mental illness (EPA) issues.
What you will do. As a psychiatrist, you will be an important colleague within the team. You will perform psychiatric diagnostics, contribute to indication setting and treatment, and act as the primary therapist for a suitable portion of the clients. You can also provide treatments yourself and collaborate with colleagues, clients, relatives, general practitioners, and other stakeholders.
There is room to bring in your own experience and interests, such as ACT, EMDR, schema or systemic therapy, trauma treatment, group therapy, lifestyle interventions, or body-oriented treatment methods.

Profile
You are a psychiatrist with a valid BIG registration and feel at home in outpatient specialized mental health care. You have an eye for the person behind the diagnosis and find it natural to collaborate with clients, relatives, and other professionals. You can work independently and take responsibility, but you also gain energy from collaborative thinking, consulting, and building. Curiosity, initiative, and the desire to be part of a learning team are important.
