Product owner
You oversee accepted assignments and coordinate priorities with fellow Product Owners and the Lead Product Owner. You are responsible for one or more requirement definitions and act as the Product Owner for one or more development teams. You guide and challenge a team of technicians (medior and senior system developers) on content, dependencies, and feasibility within various domains.
You collaborate with the development teams and Agile Lean facilitators/Scrum Masters to progressively increase the teams' productivity and predictability. You serve the development teams so they can deliver their best work and improve it, and act as a sparring partner for stakeholders, program, and project managers.
What you will do.
- Build, edit, and maintain the team Backlog
- Define, prioritize, and validate software requirements via User Stories
- Establish criteria for story acceptance and accept stories into the baseline
- Generate iteration goals and iteration content
- Collaborate with teams to define and implement improvement stories to increase velocity and quality
- Participate in team demonstrations and retrospectives

The system development sub-section faces the challenge of implementing improvements in a rapidly changing environment, where technical specialists are scarce. It is important to increase predictability for operations and chain partners.
The department is optimizing its setup and working methods to optimally organize and facilitate teams, so they can deliver focused quality in their field. By making assignments clear and concrete early in the process, the development teams are facilitated to deliver optimally in volume, quality, and predictability.

- Minimum of 4 years of demonstrable work experience in a similar role, based on the European e-Competence Framework (e-CF) profile B.06 System Engineering.
Preferences.
- Demonstrable work experience within a defense organization.
- More than 4 years of demonstrable work experience in the requested role within the eCF profile and assignment description.
