To support the development of a high-precision painting activity (liquid paint with a very high level of finish), we are looking for a Team Leader capable of managing a team while ensuring the quality of the produced parts. Depending on the needs of the organization, the Team Leader may also be required to supervise the liquid painting section, particularly by monitoring schedules and production progress.
What you do
- Supervise and coordinate the high-precision painting team daily.
- Organize work and ensure compliance with production priorities.
- Control the quality of parts before their departure.
- Perform necessary trials and tests.
- Monitor production progress and adherence to deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety instructions and work procedures.
- Identify quality problems and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments of the organization (production, quality, methods, logistics, etc.).
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the workshop.
Profile
- You have at least 2 years of experience in industrial painting.
- You have already worked in an environment where quality is essential.
- You can read and understand technical plans and specifications.
- You are rigorous, organized, and attentive to detail.
- You are able to enforce quality standards and deadlines.
- You enjoy working on the shop floor and supervising a team.
- Experience in a sector particularly demanding in terms of quality (automotive, aeronautics, railway, etc.) is a major asset.
