As a contract manager, you are independently responsible for the management and maintenance of technical installations within your own client portfolio at a national technical service provider. You will work on complex installations for various clients.
What you do
- Management and maintenance of building-related installations
- Financially and operationally responsible for management contracts
- Achieving revenue and profitability targets
- Coordinating and executing additional work
- Managing and collaborating with service technicians
- Acting as a point of contact for clients, subcontractors
- Advising clients on optimizations and additional services
- Preparing and maintaining multi-year maintenance plans (MJOPs)
- Ensuring correct administration, forecasts
- Identifying commercial opportunities and strengthening client relationships
Profile
- MBO/HBO working and thinking level (preferably installation technology or similar)
- 2 years of experience in a similar role or experience as a service planner and ready for the next step
- Affinity with installation technology and administrative processes
- Strong sparring partner, organizationally sensitive, and commercially astute
- Good listening skills and able to communicate at all levels within the organization
- Good collaboration skills
- Willingness to provide a VOG (Certificate of Conduct)
