- Map out the various interests, dependencies, and possibilities within the ICT landscape.
- Guide decision-making regarding the application, procurement, and setup of the new platform.
- Collaborate with various disciplines within the organization on the preparation of the necessary organization and decision-making.
- Prepare, if applicable, the European tender and subsequent implementation.
- Set up an internal project organization and ensure effective collaboration among the required disciplines.
- Advise on the future setup of management and continuous development.
- Connect management, board, content experts, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain an overview of the coherence with other ICT innovation projects within the organization.
