Venue Coordinator

A cultural organization has been hosting a unique mix of concerts, nightlife, and audiovisual projects since 2024. The music club is located on the underground floor of an iconic building and collaborates closely with other cultural institutions. With its 360° projection and immersive sound system, the club is a future-oriented place where cutting-edge technology and artistic creativity meet.

What you will do.

  • Together with the technical coordinator, you will manage a small team, ensuring the daily exploitation and operation of the club.
  • You will be the central point of contact for partners, programming organizations, staff, suppliers, and the building owner.
  • You will be responsible for the framework and smooth realization of all activities in the venue.
  • This includes business, administrative, and production follow-up, as well as staff planning and administration.

Profile

  • Strong affinity with the music and nightlife scene.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a business or coordinating role.
  • Broad knowledge and experience; you see yourself more as a generalist than a specialist.
  • Customer and service-oriented.
  • Enjoys production work and appreciates good results.
  • Works in a connecting way and facilitates where necessary.
  • Decisive, maintains an overview, and works in a structured manner.
  • Strong sense of responsibility.
  • Team player, but can work perfectly autonomously and make decisions.
  • Works flexibly and is willing to work occasionally in the evenings, weekends, and during holiday periods.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
  • A B driving license is a plus.
