Test Coordinator

As part of an SAP S/4HANA transformation program, an organization is looking for a Test Coordinator responsible for defining, organizing, coordinating, and managing all testing activities related to the implementation of business and regulatory reports, as well as the migration of business data to SAP S/4HANA in the Finance domain.

The consultant will work closely with the project manager, business teams, the Data Factory, and various stakeholders to ensure the quality, coverage, and smooth execution of functional and non-functional test campaigns.

What you will do.

• Define and maintain the overall test strategy in accordance with current standards and methodologies.
• Coordinate all test campaigns related to SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Manage the testing phases with business teams and various stakeholders.
• Supervise testing activities related to the migration of business data to SAP S/4HANA in the Finance domain.
• Guarantee the quality of deliverables, anomaly tracking, and the production of indicators for project steering.
• Ensure the consistency of information and the proper use of test management tools.

Activities.

• Define the test strategy and entry/exit criteria for the different phases.
• Cover functional and non-functional aspects (performance, load, security).
• Define, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
• Build and monitor test plans.
• Organize the preparation of test data.
• Lead business teams involved in test campaigns.
• Set up and maintain test organization in HP Quality Center (HPQC) and Azure Test Plans.
• Apply best practices and testing standards.
• Establish and monitor the detailed test schedule.
• Monitor the availability of test environments.
• Supervise the execution of test campaigns.
• Track anomalies (defects).
• Define anomaly priorities with the project manager, business representatives, and Data teams.
• Ensure consistency between test and anomaly statuses.
• Use scripts and tools provided for quality control and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Lead Testing for continuous improvement and methodological support.
• Produce and maintain KPIs and dashboards for test monitoring.
• Provide necessary indicators to project and steering committees.
