You will strengthen a development team with your RPA expertise and contribute to building robots in BluePrism WorkHQ and Rossum for IDP. You will work in co-creation with fellow developers. As an RPA Specialist, you will also be a discussion partner for internal clients to understand processes and enable automation opportunities through thorough process analyses. You will work within a close-knit Agile team responsible for the development, implementation, and management of automated processes.
You will contribute to the reliable execution of social tasks for millions of citizens.
What you will do.
- Develop automated processes in BluePrism (WorkHQ), including robust exception handling.
- Configure and further develop IDP solutions in Rossum.
- Co-review the work of other developers and have your own work reviewed.
- Contribute to technical standards and reusable components.
- Help identify repetitive actions to support employees.
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience as an RPA developer, end-to-end (from design to production).
- Solid BluePrism experience.
- Experience with IDP (Rossum specifically is a plus).
- Professional curiosity: you want to know why a solution works, not just that it works.
- Good command of the Dutch language.
- Comfortable with an Agile working method (Scrum).
- Ability to model processes and information flows.
- Able to switch smoothly between teams, stakeholders, and IT.
- Maintain an overview, show initiative, and be well-organized.
