An experienced Project Leader is sought for a general contractor to take responsibility for challenging construction projects, including apartment construction and utility projects.
What you will do.
- You will follow projects from preparation to delivery.
- You will closely monitor execution, planning, budget, quality, and safety.
Profile
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in construction, or equivalent through relevant experience.
- You have experience as a Project Leader in general construction.
- You are able to independently organize and follow up on construction projects.
- You possess strong technical and architectural insight.
- You are highly organized and know how to clearly manage different parties.
- You combine technical knowledge with attention to planning, budget, and profitability.
- You take responsibility, communicate smoothly, and feel comfortable in a role with a high degree of autonomy.
