Temporary fulfillment for a permanent vacancy with side-by-side activities under guidance and supervision.
What you will do.
- Supervise construction projects, spatial planning, and green areas.
- Monitor compliance with the General Local Ordinance (APV).
- Identify deviations and discuss them with stakeholders (residents and businesses).
- Take enforcement action where necessary.
- Advise on enforcement matters, administrative coercion, and technical issues.
- Ensure careful reporting and administrative processing of activities.
- Work closely with colleagues, residents, businesses, and an environmental agency.
What they ask
- Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level in the field of Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years as a supervisor or enforcer at a government organization.
- Demonstrable completed ABW 1 and ABW 2 courses.
Preferences.
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years as a construction supervisor or enforcer at a government organization.
- Demonstrable completed course or training in Supervision and Enforcement of Building and Housing Part 1.
- Demonstrable completed course or training in Environmental Supervision and Enforcement (HAMIL).
- Demonstrable completed course or training in Basic Environmental Law.
